At CVO Lethas Brussels, we want every student to feel comfortable and be able to learn in the best possible way. Do you have a problem or a complaint? Follow these steps:

1. Talk first, the rest comes later

Do you have a question or comment about the course?
First, discuss it with your teacher. A good conversation often leads to a quick solution.

Do you have a comment about the infrastructure, organization, or other practical matters?
Our administrative staff will be happy to help you find a solution.

2. Contact the right department

Can’t find a solution together? Send an email with a short explanation of your issue:

3. How does the procedure work?

 

  • For complaints about a final evaluation:
    • The mediation service will assess your situation and check whether the evaluation was conducted correctly and objectively, in accordance with the examination regulations.

    • You will receive a response within the agreed timeframe. Evaluation results are never changed.

    • If your complaint is justified, you will be entitled to a retake.

  • For complaints about the school:
    • The management team will review your complaint and take further steps if necessary.
